Training log and community for swimmers

Please read these terms before using SwimHub. By creating an account you agree to them.
You may use SwimHub if you are 13 or older.
Anyone may use the private features — the training journal, workout log and time converter — but posting to the public Community feed, commenting and replying require you to be 13 or older. We ask for your date of birth when you set up your account for this reason.
You are responsible for your account and for anything posted from it. Keep your password private. Tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting you give us permission to store and display it within SwimHub so the app works.
You must not post content that is objectionable, abusive, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit, and you must not harass or abuse other users.
SwimHub has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that breaks these terms will be removed, and the accounts responsible may be suspended or terminated without notice.
More specifically, do not post:
Every post, comment and reply carries a Report option, and you can block any user from their profile or from the menu on their content.
Blocking works in both directions: you stop seeing each other, and you both stop following each other.
We review reports and act on them within 24 hours. Content that several people report is hidden automatically while we review it. Depending on what we find, we may remove the content, disable the account, or take no action.
We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that breaks these terms, without notice. We may also keep a record of reported content after it has been removed, so we can act on repeated behaviour.

If you think we removed your content by mistake, email us — a filter made the decision and filters get things wrong.
SwimHub is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. SwimHub is a training log, not medical or coaching advice — use your own judgment about your training.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of SwimHub.
We may update these terms. If we change something significant we will let you know in the app. Continuing to use SwimHub after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.
